The "Bigattiera" and "Rondonaia" in Villa Fattore are charming semidetached houses.
Bigattiera: self catering semi-detached house, independent entrance. 104 m2 at first floor, SLEEPS 4, but 2 more beds for children can be easly added on request
Rondonaia: self catering semi-detached house, independent entrance. 80 m2 at first floor (farm warehouse on the ground floor, SLEEPS 4, 1 more bed for a child can be added on request
Villa Fognani is the oldest building of the farm, setting near Fattoria di Maren amain villa, on the other side of the garden, near swimming pool and riding school. The house has been completely restored and divided in 2 apartments: verone on the ground floor and Ippocastani upstairs.
Apartment can be rented togheter, being Verone has a large living and dining area, where a large family or group of 8 people can have meals
CASA BERTO farmhouse is a semidetached house Independent entrance. private garden area with table and seats. private loggia downstairs. 80 m2 at first floor; Sleep 4, 2 more beds for children can be added on request
The house Fornace is about 80 square meters on the ground and first floor; External private loggia, ( 12 m2). SLEEPS 4 (+1)
Vivaio farmhouse is a self catering detached house with private road and independent entrance. The house is about 85 m2 . SLEEPS 4 (+1)
The stone farmhouse PODERE ARCHIANO is a large farmhouse completely refurbished and divided in 3 apartments, with a private area in front of the house.
The apartments can be rented separately, they are offered on a standard base with 2 bedrooms (sleep 4) each, but 1 more bedroom can be added to both Arco and Fienile (sleeps 6+1).
the all building is even suitable for a group (Sleep 16+4) being that ARCO apartment has a huge living-kichen, where all the group can have meals togheter.
