The regulations of using the www.wolnytermin.pl news bulletin

1. The owner of the news bulletin is the Intenti E. Kacewicz Spółka Jawna company, address: Dworcowa 22, St. 43-211 Piasek, registered in the National Court Register with the number KRS 0000305472.

2. The wolnytermin.pl bulletin - the advertisements in the Internet is the news and advertisements bulletin.

3. The user claims to have got acquainted with these regulations by introducing his or her data to the bulletin,

4. The bulletin shall issue VAT invoices for all kinds of services. For the countries other than Poland, in accordance with the rules legally binding in the European Union, the invoices shall be issued with 0% VAT. In such cases VAT shall be accounted for by a purchaser in his or her own country. All invoices shall be issued in PLN currency.

5. For the informational purposes, on the bulletin pages, there will be given PLN- Euro exchange rates of a particular sum, according to the current NBP (National Bank of Poland) exchange rate.

6. The bulletin content is copyright according to the provisions on copyright laws. Copyright laws to the wolnytermin.pl bulletin content belong to the bulletin owner exclusively.

7. Photocopying, duplicating and distribution of the materials included in the bulletin requires a consent of the bulletin owner.

8. Using all kinds of bulletin services requires a registration. A registration occurs after filling in a form and after a chosen subscription payment, unless one has chosen a promotional offer which has been accessible in a given moment.

9. Every bulletin user has a right to add advertisements, under point 8 of these regulations.

10. The following types of accounts are distinguished:
- objects (guest houses, hotels, motels, lodgings, youth hostels, etc.)
- travel agencies

11. The users of “objects” account have the possibility to add free holiday dates for their facilities, however they must systematically correct information about free places by the client’s panel.

12. The wolnytermin.pl bulletin does not take part in transactions between an advertisement giver and taker. In the case of a dispute between users, the wolnytermin.pl bulletin reserves a right not to participate in it.

13. The advertisements content has an informational nature.

14. Advertisements are broadcast in a period according to a chosen subscription and they shall appear after a subscription payment, unless a promotional offer has been chosen, then, after acceptance of the page administrator.

15. A user may edit and remove his or her advertisement by the client’s panel, at any moment.  

16. While adding an advertisement, a user must check an adequate category at a registration.

17. The advertisement contents shall not break legal, common and ethical norms and they shall not threaten the good reputation of the bulletin.

18. The wolnytermin.pl bulletin does not bear responsibility for:
  - advertisement contents,
  - data placed by users,
  - usage of data placed in the bulletin,
  - breaks in the bulletin work and all the losses and damages ensuing from faulty work of the system,

19. The wolnytermin.pl bulletin reserves the right to:
  - remove advertisements breaking these regulations,
  - remove user accounts breaking these regulations
  - introduce changes in these regulations,
  - breaks in the bulletin functioning,
  - send unannounced news to users, namely the information directly related to the wolnytermin.pl bulletin (changes, promotions), non-commercial letters (holiday cards)

20. By registering in the wolnytermin.pl bulletin, a person gives his or her consent to place data given at a registration in the wolnytermin.pl database and their processing in accordance with the aims and principles stipulated in the regulations. All personal data shall be protected in accordance with the act of 29.08.1997 on personal data protection (Official Journal No. 133 item 883).

21. By accepting these regulations, hereby I agree to processing my personal data for marketing purposes and to receiving commercial information from Intenti E.Kacewicz S.J. and its contractors by electronic means of communication.
