Situated on the fringe of the foothills, the old Villa Stabbia offers serenity of the countryside, yet is only 5 min away from all the facilities of Montecatini Terme and 30 min. away from both Pisa and Florence.

Nestled among the green hills, the seventeenth century farmhouses in the grounds of the villa have been converted into FIVE luxury holiday apartments offering all modern conveniences.

The enchanting position offers our guests a vacation that is unique from all points of view.

Each apartment at Villa Stabbia is on two or more levels with a surface area of around 100 m2, has a spacious kitchen/living-room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with a bathroom.

You will find that they are fully furnished and equipped with modern facilities like central heating, wood for the fireplace, fridge, dishwasher, programmable oven, fully kitted out kitchens, linen, towels and TV.

It has its own private veranda, where you can relax and enjoy the terraces covered with majestic olive trees, the valley and most importantly - the local produce.

If you happen to ride, trips around the area can be arranged. The 7 horses on the farm are all very gentle and well trained (dressage as well as western), but the surrounding area (beautiful Tuscan nature, with valleys and mountains) demands some experience. Should you lack this experience, but still would like to ride, lessons are available.

For your entertainment you will find a games room, library, bikes and mountain bikes, a well-equipped children’s playground and a box stuffed with toys for your little ones.

Outdoor there are several areas for picnics, barbecues and among the olive trees overlooking the valley, a most welcoming panoramic swimming-pool.

The area invites you to take long and nice walks and to directly enjoy the countryside. Silence and peace reign all over the place. Almost all sports; fitness, tennis, golf, trotting can be found in the neighbouring towns.

A small shop is within walking distance and the closest supermarket is 3 km from the farmhouses.

The nearest villages Massa and Cozzile offer a spectacular view of the area from above, whilst having preserved the medieval charm with their narrow and steep roads.

Stay healthy by visiting the famous spa in Montecatini Terme or tour the area and enjoy the tasty Tuscan dishes and wonderful wines. Then of course there is Florence – and Lucca – and Pisa – and Siena .... why only stay a week?
